my computer is a hp labtop and it was 2 weeks under manufacture warranty and it just blanks out on me and wont turn on:verymad: so i test everything out, charger, battery and i find out that everything is good but the computer won't take a charge.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif so i take it to best buy were i purchased it and explain it all to them, spell it out and all that S**T. they call me and tell me the charger is bad, i tell them no its not. argue with them and tell them its not the charger. they say thats what it says on our computer. then then tell me its $180 for a new charger and all the wounderful work they did. guess what happened when the computer came back. i argue with some faggy asst. manager and end up sending it back and guess what, its the motherboard. f**king retards. i went a month with out my computer instead of 2 weeks. dumb a$$es

I had an Alpine IVA-D105 that just stopped working so I took it up to best buy to have their "installers" look at it. well it wasnt a model they carried but they figured out what the problem was and fixed it. Well then after everything he charges me like 65 or 70 bucks for them to fix one wire and i knew that was outrageous because they charge u by 30 minutes and it cost like 32 dollars for 30 minutes and they looked at my shit for 5 at the most. We argue over the price and then he trys to tell me that the motor on the screen is bad and that I should have them ship it back to alpine to have it fixed and I was like WTF! No it isn't! So then the douchebag proceeds to push the button for it to close. He doesn't hold it down til it beeps like your suppose to but he just pushes it. which just gets the screen to fold down (but not go in) so that you can mess with AC controls or whatever else it blocks off in your ride. So the dumb f*ck says look it won't close and proceeds to use his hands to just push my $1000 headunit's screen in. those people don't know anything, i took my moms laptop there since it was under their warranty and told the guy it was clearly a hardware issue, proceeds to tell me it is a software (which is conveniently not covered by the warranty) so i sent it in to HP myself and sure enough it was a bad motherboard and a bad cooling unit on the CPU
