The quality has nothing to do what bittorrent client you use. It would be dependent upon the source of your torrent. But as he said, get off that limewire bs and get on torrents at least.

try to turn off your firewall. if you don't feel comfortable with that make Limewire/frostwire a trusted program. i use frostwire b/c my limewire stopped working due to the goofy gnutella network or whatever they use.

also, before i download i look at bit rate and size to see if it is even close to a legit file. song length is also helpful.

Ok, what antivirus? Just because something 'appears' ok, doesn't mean it is ok. People get paid good money for making "binders" to bind binaries with audio and video to make it unnoticeable for people like you . Do your research before you talk.

Meh... I use Ares. It ***** but it's better than Kazaa, Limewire, etc.

dc++ is ok. Best in a UNI environment when you guys can do your own hubs, etc. But some of the good places cry if you don't have 60GB+ in your share and a lot of people don't keep that much.
