I would like to se the OP run a test tone and report back with a reading. Like a 5 ~ 10 second burp.

I recommend you get rid of that last alternator mounting bolt to Battery negative wire. It's unnecessary and it may be causing some kind of ground loop. Normally, everything is grounded at the same point, aka the chassis of the vehicle.
