Lexus GS400 Rear Deck Sub. Can it be sealed?

I just bought a new subwoofer for my lexus GS400. The stock subwoofer is mounted to the rear deck. I was wondering if I could possibly fiberglass the subwoofer to the deck and make is a sealed enclosure instead of a free-air? Would there be support issues or other issuses in doing this?

I just want to do what will sound best. I know the stock speaker just isnt as tight as I would like. I have an Infinity Kappa 10.1 I was thinking about using.
