ok dont laugh but i got this amp for free and 2 audiobombs but i recently sold the subs and just bought an new eclipse so what i need to know is if i can wire thes subs up 2 ohm to this amp

With two subs, no way you can get a 2 ohm load...either only use one sub or get dual 2 ohm VC's.

im only gonna drive one eclipse with it in a ported box so it should handle a 2ohm load right

those subs are dual 4's man u could bring them down to 2' each and tha amp will take it its a 2cha amp throwin 800 x 2 @ 2

if only one drop that sub down to 2ohms and bridge that *****. get ur moneys worth out that cheap amp.

ive got a brand new ma hk898 amp, 300 watts RMS x 2 (4 ohm load), 500 watts RMS x 2 (2 ohm load), 1200 watts RMS x 1 (bridged mono, 4 ohm load)

thanks for the offer but i think im going to run this amp for a while at least until it catches on fire or something cause i just bought a new sub and man it feels good to finally get some quality instead of those crappy audiobombs but i will say they did hit pretty hard for 50 bucks

that is max power at 2 ohms but i dont know what the rms is at 2 ohm but if its 800x2 i wont be running two ohms cause i dont want my sub destroyed
