Lexus 430 help!

Hi, I have a Lexus 430 2003 with Mark levinson and factory sat nav.

The amp recently packed up (a common problem),is there a more modern and sturdier, aftermarket amp that could be fitted?

The more general problem is the whole system is archaic…CD changer,and a Cassette player. I would like to hook up my IPhone 4s /Ipod to a new head unit,with a new (7’’?) screen to replace the factory one,which would allow me to use apps from the phone,and music from the Ipod. Any suggestions?
