lets talk front stage

No reason to run a 6.5" midrange if you plan on running an 8" dedicated mid as well. Your speakers are going to be off axis in the doors, so use a smaller diameter midrange that will cover the vocal range and work better off axis. Find a good 5.25" or 4" midrange that will play well off-axis up to 4-5khz and can go down to 200hz with authority, and you can pair an efficient, higher FS tweeter with it.

Here's some crossover points that would work well with a 3-way+sub, IMO.

63hz separating subs/midbasses

200hz to 250hz separating midbasses/midranges

4khz to 5khz separating midranges/tweeters

In my opinion, grab a pair of the Exodus Anarchy mids right now at diycable.com for $65 each. The have a solid inch of clean excursion, so you get the bass/midbass output of a normal 8"er with the ability to cross higher like the 6.5" mid that it is...I've heard nothing but great things about them, and I grabbed a pair myself last night in case I can't make my 8" Morels work in my doors.

true maybe ill go for standard 3 way to start. What are we talking for a variable 3 way one though i may drop a little more to just get it rite the first time. examples would be appreciated too.

just trying to keep up. I want it to sound somewhat good but SQ is not my goal. as it looks im looking to run 1 6.5, 1 tweet and 1 8" per door. Would like to find a xover for the 6.5s and tweets to run off. THen i can just cross the 8s off my amp.
If your trying to keep up then midbass probably isn't a huge deal. I would go with a high efficiency set up. What's your budget? Horns and a pair of solid mids will easily keep up with very loud systems. A 3 way does not mean it will be louder. And if you go three way active, you need crossovers, more amp power, wire, ect.

$200 just for speakers? Find used horns... and some Dayton RSs.. will still probably be over budget but it will get loud with little power, and if you wanted to go a SQ route that isn't a bad start.
