what are your goals to achieve from the police report? IMO stick with the fact that they have your equipment, and that is all. You can filed amended police reports too...keep that in mind.

wouldnt even sweat it if he does call the police n say u work there illegally under the table he risks losing his biz lis amongst other things

Spoke with my cousin, he is at least a Seargant... has been a cop for over 20years.

He also told me his personal advice would be to walk away from the incident, and do nothing. Return the employer's call, and let him know that I see that I have done nothing wrong.

From reading the first post it sounds as if he already went and got everything from the previous employer, which is why the phone calls and threats are now occuring.
