what are your goals to achieve from the police report? IMO stick with the fact that they have your equipment, and that is all. You can filed amended police reports too...keep that in mind.I'm waiting on my cousin to call me.
I want to file a police report first, but don't know the technicality of it... or what to say.

I meant "file" not "filed", typo. Also, speak to a sargeant..not some street cop who got demoted to desk work.Alright.
Thanks to everyone.

I agree with it as long as you dont plan on getting your equipment back...Spoke with my cousin, he is at least a Seargant... has been a cop for over 20years.
He also told me his personal advice would be to walk away from the incident, and do nothing. Return the employer's call, and let him know that I see that I have done nothing wrong.

From reading the first post it sounds as if he already went and got everything from the previous employer, which is why the phone calls and threats are now occuring.I agree with it as long as you dont plan on getting your equipment back...
I figured I misread something when I skimmed it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/redface.gif.62fdbfe1a101588a808c4cff71bcb942.gifFrom reading the first post it sounds as if he already went and got everything from the previous employer, which is why the phone calls and threats are now occuring.
