Depends on the perspective, people argues about this for the past week or two on OT...

You need to concentrate on one part fo see CCW, and another to see CW...

It matters if you are looking "up" at it, or "down" at it... the picture.

I saw it going counter-clockwise the first handful of minutes of going into this thread.

Now it is clockwise and wont go back.
