I see both ways.
Depends on the perspective, people argues about this for the past week or two on OT...

You need to concentrate on one part fo see CCW, and another to see CW...

It matters if you are looking "up" at it, or "down" at it... the picture.

I can make her switch directions mid-way... just by looking at a different part.
