layering sound deadening mat?

well guys, i got only about 30+ sq.ft. of second skin which i want to save for the doors, vertical area, opposed to using the edead v.SE1, over 100 sq.ft., i also got. i was thinking putting the edead on the floor/trunk where gravity isnt a problem. i heard some stories where edead peels a little or falls off when applied vertically or on a roof. but i want to put 2 layers of mat on the doors.now should i put the SS on first THEN edead over top on the doors, OR the other way around ??

any advice on this anyone? thx

if i remember right you put the SS on first and than do the edead , at least i think thats what ant recomended to me a while back.

like said, SS first then eDead. if the eDead falls off, u still have the SS on there.

if u have eDead on the bottom, then both fall off and both are wasted.

well a lot of people are knockin' edead and stuff. but since i never used it yet, it MUST be good for at least the floors?? correct? since its adding weight and no gravity problems

Should work fine for the floor.

yea x2 anywhere where gravity will take its toll edead is no good.
