Lanzar opti series amps

Has anyone used any of these amps?

Im looking at these 2 specifically

Lanzar OPTI4000D (opti-4000d) Monoblock Class D OptiDrive Amplifier

Lanzar OPTI3500D (opti-3500d) Monoblock Class D OptiDrive Amplifier

Are they true to rating, reliable, how's sound quality, things like that.

I would be using it to power a 12" re audio xxx at 4 ohms going for a really clean sounding, high power SQL build so if i can believe the rating, that's pretty close to perfect.

Otherwise, any suggestions of trusted amps known to put out 1600+ rms at 4 ohms?

I have had direct experience setting up systems for peeps with the opti amps - Good bang for the buck and pretty reliable, but if you are after SQ rather than SPL I'm not sure if I'd go with one of these. They will do rated or close to rated from what I've seen, but they are geared more towards going down way low in impedance while producing descent power to slam some power hungry subs than they are for an SQ install... Just my .02 ;-)

I have only had one lanzar amp and it was the opti2000d or something. I had nk complaints. Considering buying another. I had that 2000 on two mmats p3 10s. Sounded good imo.

If I was building an SQ setup I'd go with an Audison, But that's just ME... I'm sure there ar going to be MANY differences of opinion on this subject LOL - Close to what you are looking for spec wise would be like an Audison Thesis Series: TH due

a guy on here is selling an audiosystem 3002. which does 1500rms at 2 ohms..
