Lanzar over rates the products they make so you will not be getting the watts they state, the only line of Lanzar i would trust is the opti, they actually do the watts they are rated at.

and thier vibe series class D amps did rated power...... thier class AB vibe series didnt do so well....but the vibe 1200d and 1800d definitly do rated power and are some of the best budget amps in that price range....

and of course the hella old school ones did rated power...but if you can find a lanzar amp from before 1995 i give you props...
