L7 recone with Solo X kit

I know this is prob a stupid question, but would it be possible to recone an L7 with a solo X recone kit and then power the sub @ solo x power handling instead of L7 power handling?!? i dont think so bc i think the recone kit doesnt include the coil or w/e that handles the power i think idk i dont know alot about that

Solo x recones are drop in, L7s do not have recones.

different coils and besides, just because you use the solo x parts, doesn't make the motor of the L7 any stronger..

I just read the SoloX manual and it said 3". I'm not saying you're wrong, though. Could just be saying 3" because it sounds prettier
