Now to the others, I have NOOO problem with refurb subs, they ARE brand new basically. I just fried my avalanche 18 and had it reconed, so yes I have no problem with the subs, I just wanted to make sure the company itself was coo....

dual 4 or dual 2's I know how to wire them thats not the issue the issue is if I should just go with the dual 2's now cause I'm lonely for bass, or if I should look tword the future and get dual 4's (which would be a one ohm load if I ran them together)

The L7 12 for crying out loud in a 3 cube box tuned low can shake the heck outta everything, that 15 will absolutely throb in the box polecat suggested.

atlas 15" on 600 watts... (4.5 cu.ft tuned to 27hz) (awsome sub loud, but not the kind of sub that you can show off on a fri or sat night cruise or a day at the beach)

Avalanche 18" (5.2 cu. ft tuned to 28hz) (frickin loud on 1600 watts, but sadly the same situation, loud in car but you could roll down the windows and still hold a conversation with someone standing outside. Even my 2 of my boys 8 and 12 were like yea its loud .. is that it though?

Sooo you can see this is important to me, I gotta *GET LOUD*...

Ihate to answer this because you are going to **** car audio up for the rest of us eventually, BUT, you may not be heard outside your car because of the way your car is built.

Two 12's with 500/sub in a bandpass, one Ti with 750 and 1 Tempest with 450. None of those setups could be heard more then 10ft away when I had them installed in the Tahoe. And that was near full listening volume and in ported enclosures. So it may just be your car that is saving you from being an imbecile.

ok u want to get loud and shake folks windows like everyone else....

be4 u start buying subs....(if u havent already)......4get the L7's...u will get loud with them dont get me wrong...but it doesnt impress me anymore....either get a mojo 12 or 15..or a re sx12 or 15 and get a good amp 2 puch either of the subs mentioned...either a mojo amp or an orion 2500..and get an epicenter and your good 2 go..will shake more than just windows.

and if u really want a wow factor......get 2 re mt10's and 2 orion 2500d's ..they will not believe those 2 10's are making that kind of bass
