L5 12s or T1 10's?

I currently have L5's cuz i got em for an incredibly cheep deal.. However.. a guy is willing to trade his T1 10's straight across for my l5's.. here is the catch..

My box is probably a little too small for my l5's.. its around 4 cubic feet for the 2 of them tuned to about 34 hz.. will i be able to get those T1's in a properly built slot ported box to be louder than the l5's? or should i just stick with my current setup.. itll both be running off of about 1200rms either way

ps: also up for options like selling my l5's for something better at that price range

Yeah ive figured that out too wish i would have been more patient.. the real question is what can i get by selling those and not having to invest too much extra money? Daily driver, but like to beat for my friends

Sell the Kickers localy to some you kid that likes loud and doesnt know any better like I did then buy some good used stuff

I'm also wanting these... Just having a hard time getting ahold of Rusty to purchase 1. Thats the only way ive been told to get them though.

I had one 12" L5... it did pound but it doesn't actually sound that great, I blew that woofer with 1100 watts, ripped off the tinsel leads from the terminal.

You talking about T1 as in RF T1? Never heard them in person but they seem to be built well. Run to your local BestBuy, they might have one in their booth that you can play with it.

yeah RF t1's.. they are the 10's though.. i was just wondering if in a more efficient box they would be louder than my l5 12's on the same 1200 rms?

Also, does anyone know how much dc level 3's run for? ive heard the 12's are 150 direct from the site is this true?

yes i do the dc levels and blow others away, they love smaller tuned boxes also, 1.5 is preferred.
