Drilled out the top hole stuck remaining wire in, folded over and re-soldered. Fixed

It still has a decent amount of slack in it, I free aired it to watch. Seems good to go to me. I gained just like a smudge by using the top hole on that metal piece instead of the middle one it was in.

Could have just resoldered the wire then put some liquid electrical tape over the area.

But my experience from repairing ripped tinsel leads like that(instead of replacing the wires) is it'll rip again sooner or later.
