So I place an order of 167 dollars out on 1/26/2010 and receive an email a day later that says this

We have a problem with your order. We are sold out of the KFX0BK that is used inside the KFX-PK0. We can assemble on of these

using red KFX0 power wire and blue KFX0 for the ground or we could use KLMX0BK for ground, there would be a discount by using

the 5' of KLMX for ground. Sorry for the inconvenience

So I shoot him an email friday 1/29/2010 after i check my email as i assumed everything was OK with my order since they already took my money and it said IN STOCK. I havent heard shit back from them after emailing twice and attempting to call friday and today (are they open on sunday?, who knows because it DOESNT EVEN SAY). Thanks to whoever referred me to these guys, this has been great customer service. The worst part is ive been waiting to install this forever (first system) and i have to wait on these guys because i dont have money to order elsewhere and wouldnt know if i would get a refund anyways.

 
There are telling you they can give you the same wire but in red, or they can give you the next level down for KLMX kit and give you some money back, then you email and call on a weekend and they are now shitty becuase they didnt get back to you yet? ITS A WEEKEND. They will email/call you back on monday. GODDAMN

Got forbid they have a mess up between the webpage and inventory and arent waiting around all weekend for your calls.

For the record, I've had mix-ups with Knu in the past, but never anything serious. For example, I ordered a heap of stuff one day and they forgot my kompression fittings. They were listed on the invoice, but weren't in the package when it arrived. I called them and they shipped out my fittings no questions asked. Hell, I couldn't even prove the fittings weren't in the package...

This happens anywhere dude, get the fuck over it. I've bought clothes for my girlfriend online at huge stores like Forever 21 and Victoria's Secret and this has happened from them. They aren't offering "terrible service" because of it.

And fyi, they were telling you you could get the same exact wire, just in red or blue. So my question is, the fuck did you say in your email to them? Something along the lines of, "Everything better be fine with my order, because you said it's in stock on your website and took my money"? You been waiting forever to install your stuff. Thats your fault not theirs. Should of bought the wire sooner and then you could be installing it. You ordered it what Tuesday the 26th, they started processing your order and found out they didnt have exactly what you wanted sitting there so they shoot you an email Friday giving you some options. You send them an email back later. Did you think it takes some time for them to go through their emails? Most places expect a reply 24-72 hours later NOT including weekends. So you try calling maybe after they closed.....possible? SUNDAY how many car audio shops are open on Sunday??? How many car audio manufacturers are open on Sunday???

If this was middle of Feb. then you could have something. But its only been a couple of days. You dont like to wait then go visit your LOCAL shop and buy all the wire you want.
