The last order i put in with knukonceptz, they were out of stock on an item that wasnt listed out of stock. What did they do? gave us free next day air shipping and threw in a distribution block.

you know, its part your fault that you didn't email them back until friday. You said you got the email on wednesday. if you had emailed them earlier they could have got the order out last week but you waited. You will get no sympathy here for calling out a company that has great CS.

i would say that is good customer service. other companies would just not even try and negotiate with you and just wait untill its back on stock to ship it out.

I have had nothing but great customer service through them. No matter how good a company is someone will have an issue. You are that person unfortunately.....

I've had fairly good service with them in the past except for one occasion. When I bought an alternator from them, they didn't include a new pulley for it. When I emailed Bill about it, he said I should be able to use the stock one...well 90k miles of driving had basically welded the pulley to the alt and it took a few emails for me to convince him it wasn't coming off and for him to send me a new one. In the mean time however, my stock alt was basically destroyed from trying to remove the old pulley so my car was unusable for a few days...He did eventually send me a new one but the whole ordeal kinda pissed me off...I still buy from them though.

i recently made an order and they somehow forgot to put the two 1/0 rings i ordered in the package and i called and left a msg the first time and i called 5 more times and sent two emails and i have not got a reply back thru email or a phone call. i ended up going to a local hardware store to get some rings.

Dude dont trash talk KNU, cal me a nuthugger or what ever but Knu wire is the only wire i run. I had actually ordered the wrong thing by accident and called them the next day and i got the right thing and fixed it over the phone. There very busy im sure as they dont have just your order to deal with. Be patient they will get you what you ordered

ive had 2 run ins with KNU's CS. 1st time they sent the wrong rca's, emailed them and they sent the correct rca, didnt seem to care about the wrong one they sent so i got a free rca.

second time i had a part on a distro block break months after i got it. just emailed them and they sent me a new piece.

now i have not always been happy with some of the products quality but the CS is top notch.
