KNU KCA 4 Gauge wrei?

Yeah, should be OK with the two runs of 4 gauge, ofc would be best. And I would fuse it too, since you are going to be running it close to it's limitation.
But from what I read, 2 runs of 4 gauge it's roughly equal to 1 gauge. The general rule of thumb is doubling the wire increases gauge by 3. 4 and 4 makes 1, 8 and 8 makes 5, and so on
the thing with that is not knowing how much it will carry tho, for the price of OFC 4ga i can just get 1/0 CCA and be fine and save money because the OFC is like 1.55per ft and the CCA 1/0 can be get for 1.00 per ft lol, yea im kind of cheap. i know you get what you pay for but thats why i run multiple runs, and i know for sure the bullz 1/0 would be fine(ive used it before for 4kw). I just like the look of the KNU lol

The price of 4 gauge ofc would not be worth it, IMHO. CCA 0 gauge would be a better choice. My concern would be is that bullz wire truly 0 gauge. You can see from that pic I pulled from the web that their 4 gauge is undersized. I wouldn't trust their 0 gauge either. But that's just me.

I got in my knu 4 gauge earlier today. Here's a pic.

Sorry best pic I could take with two hands. Anyway the wire measures nearly 3/8 of an inch, which is about right.

if i had some bullz 1/0 from my last build i would should you but i didnt take it out when i sold my blazer //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif, im not going to say its over sized but its really close or right on the "AWG "gauge chart. Compared to the reputable companies it looks like sh1t but those wires are also Over sized wire and not actual "AWG Gauge" either, thats kind of why i dont compare Bullz to KNU or any of them lol
