man im new to this. what do i expect a refund and send him the sub back? or try to get him 2 pay for a recone? i dont know...

dude, CALL HIM right now and threaten to break his legs if he dosent give you your money back

hes trying to scam you, theres no way that sub could have been 100% perfect coniditon with like 2 hours of play time if it smelled like coil and sounds like its out of alignment ... contact him ASAP and demand your money back

If you have to ask, maybe you shouldn't be buying stuff online just yet...something to think about.

I would ask him for a full refund of your purchase price plus return shipping back to him, or if you want to keep the driver, have him pay for the recone plus shipping both ways from Treo. You shouldn't pay a dime for his actions, and I wouldn't settle for anything less yet.

if he sent you bad equipment then really it should be up to you.

If you want to keep the sub and hassle with getting the recone then that'd be sweet to get him to pay for it.

And if you don't even wanna bother with it anymore then get him to pay you ALL of you money and pay for shipping back. Ofcourse with this, you have to make sure you get your money first before shipping sub back.

Have you tried to get at him about this at all? cuz if he's scamming you then you need to file a paypal complaint(if used) or cancel the payment on your card(again only if used) or simply start contacting his local PD etc...

um wtf? he just said sub was described as 1-2 hours max, 100% functional

when he opend it up the coils smelled like shit and it sounds like poo ... sounds like a bad situation to me

i dont know man. i pm'ed him... no responce. been a couple days.i bought allot of crap from the internet and never had a prob. guess i just rushed into it to fast buying from a guy with 30 post. but i have a low post count and i dont like it when ppl judge me 4 that. but guess im just gooing to give him a couple more days to reply. he should pay at least half of the recone and shipping
