i really commend you for going through with all of that. i got ripped by Hybrid over a year ago, and im out $100. neither the drive to Vermont or legal action would be worth that little to me, but oh well....but $400, thats another story, but i hope this all gets resolved. to add insult to injury request that you put this stuff in his local police blotter, or even write a letter to the editor if you got some extra time. that would be your form of punitive damage
