I bought a new cell phone from turn it down off here like a month ago and sent him the money order, he replied and said he recieved it within 3 days. So he says the phone will be picked up by ups the next day...a few days go by no contact. I pm and ask him and he finally gets on to check it and says "UPS" said the address was wrong and i know i gave it to him right, i double checked it! So i give him the address again and he hasn't been on since and i havent heard from him! I think i rememberd his yahoo email today so i sent him a message on it sayin that if the phone's not here in the next couple of days me and my father will take it to small claims court and call his local police station. I have his address and his relatives address that lives right down the street from him.
