Kinetik batterys... need advice

i have a chance to get 3 Kinetik 2400 batterys for $825 and he will give me a 1 year warentee on them... they are about 10 months old. should i do it or not?

u can get 3 brand new with warranty for like 250 shipped each IIRC...

i believe there is a mix up on the prices from rawdog, the batts are little bit more expensive than that now, the prices went up not long ago from what i understand...$825 is not a bad deal at all with warranties...however they can be had for cheaper...

i can do 265$ shipped each as my pricing went up so i had to adjust to reflect this.

Is the 3 for $825 local or shipped?

If it's local, I'd go ahead and do the $825 locally w/ warranty. That's only $30 more than rawdog, you don't have to wait for them to be shipped, don't have to deal with potential damage that may occur in shipping, if there's a problem you don't have to deal with on-line correspondence with the seller and can instead visit the person face-to-face, etc etc.

If the $825 is also a deal that involves shipping....I'd go with rawdog.

the $825 is local, so i wouldnt have to pay shipping. but its cheaper if i buy from rawdogj even with shipping.

I would buy it from rawdogj, if they are new. The ones for $825 are used for 10 months.

i can vouch for rawdog, the batts are new, and they arrive super quick, but like squeak said, it's only a few extra bucks, no wait time and your not relying on UPS delivering them unharmed...

im leaning toward rawdogj because they are brand new with warentee, the ones locally arent brand new but have a warentee.. meaning i would have to send them in if something went wrong with them and id still have to wait.

I understand that.....and gave a brief list of reasons of why I personally would go with the local option. The difference in price is less than 4%.....

Much less headache with the local option, IMO. Worth that minute difference.
