kinetik 2400....hooking up ring terminals...

Pretty dumb question but I just want to double check. On a kinetik 2400 battery (prolly like this on all kinetiks) on the positive and negative it has a screw and a nut. Now are you suppose to put the ring terminal for the positive and negative between the head of the screw and the but or do you just put the nut at the very top of the screw and then screw the screw and nut down on top of the ring terminal

Nut

Option B (in order)

Ring Terminal

I'm guessing that it prolly wont make much of a difference either way since everything will be touching. But I just wanted to double check.

shouldnt need a nut. get a 3/8s bolt, a washer/lock washer and screw it right down into the battery.

Thats about what mine look like. Mine just aren't chrome and are a slightly different shape and size.
