Kicker CVR vs CVX

I am planning on installing a system to my 04 Trailblazer. I have a budget but its not too low. I want 2 12 and would probably go with a ported box. I listen to rap/techno i would like suggestions for which sub as well as amp

I know they have much more power but just wondering if the bass is a big difference? I have been told i would need to get a high output alternator is this true?

Depending on how much power its a possibility

You need to get a different company for subs. Do you want to be loud, Low, sound good?

If i go with 2 12'' CVX they are 1500 watts max per sub and 750 rms per sub which would end up being 3000 watts max and 1500 rms. i have looked at the Hifonics Brutus BRZ1700.1D which the subs would be wired to 1 ohm but i don't really understand how that works.

I'd say the forum boner known as the sundown sa line is what you need look for the sa-12 Sundown Audio Subwoofers @ SSA

Do not ever look at max on subs only look at rms and you want two 4ohm dual voice coil subs to wire to one ohm.

So the 4 ohm subs would be the ones that would be needed to be wired at 1 ohm. How would the amp and sub be wired?

cvx is a much better sub and yes ive owned both.
