Kicker Comp 07C104's?

Does anybody think that the 1200W amp will overpower the Kickers? They are rated 150 watts rms max and the sub is 200 watts x 2 RMS into 4 ohms...

That should be fine... I assume you have the Sony XM2002GTR:

Power (watts RMS into 4 ohms x channels) 200 x 2

Power (watts RMS into 2 ohms x channels) 250 x 2

just hook one up to each channel and youll be fine. that amp doesnt really do 1200 and each channel probably puts out just enough.
