yup that amp is kickass and it doesnt have any problems too so my vote goes to rockford.

Both make great amps. It just depends on what you're powering at what ohms and what your budget is.

RF's sweet spot is at 1 ohm, Kicker is (mostly) at 2 ohms.

Being extremely underrated makes not an amp good. RF just so happens to make good amps. But, like I said in the reply above, it just depends on the application.
