I got this today and it wasn't new. Wire had been cut, bottom part of spool was broken and the wire is all scraped up in the jacket.

Ouch... hopefully this gets resolved. Take some pics of damage?

Bro, next time instead of going 0-100 on me, call or txt me. Trying to slander me on here before even contacting me directly is just childish. Like I said that is the way I received it when I bought it and I was told it was new. the spool was damaged in shipping when I received it. Does that effect the way the wire works? The jacket has surface scratches? Is it going in a museum? it was in my garage for 3 years..... I'm sorry.

I called his phone immediately after he blew up on here to talk to him. I told him to please measure it and get back to me. I still have had no response........

I forgot I had your cell number man. Not trying to slander you. You are the one that hid the busted up bottom side of the wire. It's fine I will keep it. It's 47' 10" long.
