Keyless entry install problems

Ok, car is a 1995 honda del sol (wifes car). Have everything wired up correctly. system is an audiovox aa925. Problem is- when you unlock the doors using the remote, they pulse and unlock correctly, but then immidiatly pulse and lock again.. what would cause this? Ive double and triple checked the wiring, its all correct. Another (unrelated to the keyless instal) problem is this: drivers door will lock, and then become "stuck" locked. wont unlock with the button on the remore, OR on the door. actually cant even unlock it by hand, it seems to freeze locked. Inserting the key in the door opens it back up no problem. Could it be a bad lock solenoid? Can you graphite them?
