Keep the ranger or get a new vehicle?

i put a aq 1200d and hdc12 and would only do bass race 129.9 with it in my gf's 06 civic coupe. since it would only do like a 135ish on music. we decided to trade it in and i would pay the difference for a new car. so i paid like $4600 for a 08 honda fit and now have a aq 2200d and hdc15 in there. now it does a 146+ on music //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif me and the gf are pretty happy with our decision

see thats another good point, my truck doesn't meter worth a poo, i busted my *** for a 146

How intent are you on keep your setup below the window line?

its not a priority, but i would really like to. taking out the back seats already kicks me out of stock classes i guess.

i say keep the ranger. i just bought one and love it. what kinda ranger is it (2wd,4wd) 4cyl,3.0 or 4.0?

I'm kinda in the same position you are. I've got a 95 dodge dakota with 104k miles. It's still running strong, but its starting to rust, looks like a junker. I've decided to run it into the ground, i figure she's still got another 70-100k miles left in her. While i'm driving her into the ground i'll be tuckin away some money so by the time i need a new vehicle i'll be able to get a nice one and a nice system. I'm thinkin a full size pickup, 4 SI BM v2's, kicker zx2500.1, and whatever electrical upgrades i'll need.

Why not get a hatch? If you don't make it into a ricer then it won't be one.
