Hi all, Im stuck.
Gmc 2500, bose standard. New jvc dbl din to new jl amp, chassis grd to sub.
I am reading ground thru the preamp out rca's so if I plugin the amp it also grounds the amp which then shows a grd right thru to the power in lug. Not good. Using a continuity meter to trace out grounding. All is fine until I connect the head to amp. I found this doing sanity ck before powering up.
So, why is the rca on the jvc head showing a ground? I used a wiring adapter harness to oem, everything soldered, heat shrinked.
Thanks guys!
