JVC KD-AV7010 questions

i got all this stuff installed and immediately put the car on blocks to swap my ******. now that i'm done with that i have some potential problems.

1. i have a 12 disc changer. i can't get the HU to "see" it and have it as a source option

2. how the fawk do i get to the eq settings and shit on here? there is a TON of menu options

might have more when i get to actually sit down and mess with it. i've never had a HU of this caliber and never had a changer either so help is appreciated.
