JVC KD-ADV49 no sound

ill start out with saying i have a Lexus ES300 which has a factory amp well i got a harness for it hook it up to my HU, my HU powers on but no sound at all i also notice that i am hooking up AV cables which indicate REAR and FRONT and still no sound what could be the problem and how would i fix

connect the blue/white from the deck harness to the solid blue in the cars harness.
