JVC Bluetooth Dongle?

I have a JVC KD-S88BT that I am about to install. I did not realize until right now that there is a 'dongle' for the BT function. I don't have it, and JVC wants $50+ for it. Can I just get a cheapo BT dongle on eBay, or is this a JVC specific item? Does anyone here have one that I can buy? I reckon I'll buy the cheapo Chinese special on eBay and give it a go.

The Part# QAU0526-001 also known as KS-UBT1 is a Bluetooth 2.0 adapter with the Cambridge Silicon Radio chipset. I am not sure if a generic BT module with the same chipset would work as this one may have specific hardware/software ID's that are recognized by the head unit. I'd be curious to know if you're able to get this to work as I also have a bad BT adapter.
