So Would it be louder to run two subs (let's say Pioneer Premiers, or any random brand, but the same model) at 1000w, OR 1 sub at the same wattage. Let's also say that the two 500w subs are 10", and the larger one is 12".

Thanks.

One last thing. When I have asked about what brand subs to get, and stuff, people will always steer me away from certain brands. Why? What makes them "bad"?

I'm am thinking I am going to be buying a new sub very shortly.

Alright. Forget about my first post completely.

If you guys has AROUND 100$ to spend on a new sub/s WHAT would you buy. (the 100$ is somewhat flexible, absolutely no more than 200$ shipped.)

I can do less though.

If I set it properly it won't be sending more than I want to the sub right?

Could I put 1000w into a type R? And not wreck it?

I could get a 3600w Pyle for 80$ LOL:D;)//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Alright looks like I'll do that. Just wish BestBuy had them for a reasonable price... They charge ****ing 200$ for them... Do you think 100$ shipped on Ebay will be the cheapest I can find one for?
