quick question...

i have 2 4/2ohm amps and a dual 2 ohm subs...how do i wire this? each amp to a voice coil? and if thats it...

would it be. 1) both the positive and negative on both amps to the positive and negative on both voice coils???

or 2) one positive from one amp to one positive voice coil and one negative from the other amp to a negative voice coil??

im pretty sure its #1 but i just want to be sure, i dont wanna ruin my sub.

break it down a bit...

so there are:

2 amps (specs would help) and

1 dual 2 ohm sub?

yeah james...2 amps. pdx 1.000 can be ran at 2 or 4 ohms and still put out 1000. and my btl is a dual 2 ohm. i just wanted to know how to wire it correcty...member we talked about this when you came here?
