Sundown E Series 12 or a JL W3V3 12

Give me some pro tips, price does not matter.

(I think i'm looking for someone to convince me the Sundowns are better, even though it's the E)

I would get Sundown over JL. But that is just me.

sundown.....

jl is good, just not for the money

sundown is worth the money spent, will last longer and sound just as good, handle more power, etc. also can be repaired.

Now what abt sound quality, can someone convince me the Sundown will be alright. I've heard a lot of subs just never Sundowns.
