Just installed new OS on laptop, driver problems

I just installed a copy of windows xp sp2 on this laptop and am having driver issues. The pc is a compaq presario 7900 or something along the lines of that, but i dont have the correct sound or video card drivers installed. What would i need to do to find the right drivers?
