how are the gas prices?

Okay I went crusing in my moms 02 4runner nd I glanced at the gas prices and its like $2.91 a gallon for supreme. I always put supreme in my car so I usually check the prices for supreme when I pass by Chevron. they fluctuate about every 3 days here up, down, up, down but they are rising steadily

*Little review on the sub..

Well this sub is one of those clean subs.. Hits bass notes smoothly and hits very low. The RE8 beats my 2 8" Pro Series Optimus with sound quality, RE8 hits lower that the pro series and I think it would be louder if I was running an amp rather that the HU 54wx4 (Pssh.. not even 54watts and I know 55watts couldn't sound that terrible so im guessing 11-22watts of unclipped power lol). But yeah, I was listening to the sub for 3 hours playing bass songs, rap, rock, techno, bia bia - by lil jon to test how the sub sounds and it sounds crystal clean. I even got a headache from the little sub //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif Man I don't know how you guys with the 12s 15s and 18s can handel all that bass. But I think i'll get used it later on heheh..

as long as the signal isnt clipped and low passed at about 80Hz he could be giving it 2 watts

Wow only 2 watts? Thats some pretty good excursion for that little power (See Avatar). But yeah it sound so distorted when I turn up the volume only level 18.

But anyways when I get my 300 watt amp hooked up I will turn the gains way down so its only powering 200watts to the sub and I will take some more pics and a video . thermally the 8's can handle 300.... mechanicly they are limited tho. depends on if its going in sealed or ported. mine ported bottomed out with 215watts at certian frequencies

I could swear all 4 of my RE8's were SVC 2Ohms back when I got them two years ago

I got my DVC RE8 in a sealed box and I got this VR300 amp from walmart (Please don't flame me) and I think it should be fine.
