Just got my Pioneer 8600NEX in and setup with Chromecast

Took a bit of playing around with it but now that I got the Chromecast working this thing is pretty sweet. It's a little slow cause this video was on the very first test and I hadn't ever loaded any of the apps or anything previous to this.

It was trash. Plus Netflix wouldn't work at all with it.

Gotcha. I just downloaded it and installed the bypass to use it but haven't tried it yet.

I do IT for a living and am a big tech guy. This is my 3rd head unit in this truck, in the month of owning it, and I went through every single option and setting in all of them. Ultimately this was the best way to accomplish streaming video nice and easy on the head unit. And it's even easier to just cast right from my phone to the head unit. But the video was cooler doing it this way.
