no, what i meant was he didnt want such a heavy speaker mounted right beside me, and so close to my head, in case i were to wreck, it may come out the box, or something. But, if i were to get two 12's i can have 'em behind my seats.

dude, for a single cab u will not need 2 12" type R's...i would go 1 12" and throw like 1000watts at it and call it a day, have u ever heard those things before? they are loud as **** if powered right

what so wrong with putting a 15 in a regular cab i got a 15L7 in mine and it pounds!!! but since he is goin for 12's this doesnt really matter

yeah, i wish i could stay with the 15, but think i'll be much happier with some 12's. something like cvr's or comps.

well my uncle has already started making the box, but if i'm not satisfied with the comps, it won't be hard at all to get rid of 'em and fill those holes up with something louder.
