Granted we all joke, but he already has his car(which is honestly probably paid for) and he has his audio and other shit he wants.

Realistically, after a few more years I'd say he has a **** great start for a deposit on a home of his own and will probably be a lot further ahead than many folks on the forum.

Yes, the time is coming for him to get out, but if he's just trying to get ahead first, I cant much knock him.

I'm 22 and live with my parents, so consider my POV twisted if you will. I'm getting ready to join the military though, I've planned for a while there's just a lot of things I've had to do first. Also had to help my folks with bills lately since my mother has been ill-stricken.

Ya lol no shit, Ive got over 30k net in my 3 cars, an 05 raptor 700, tons of goodies and tools and electronics, plus 38-39k in my bank accounts at this point set aside for a house. + what my parents have been saving up for both of us. Im going to have a great start to owning my own home
