Just bought some JL subs, couldn't find what model they are.

ohmmeter will tell you. if dual 6ohm, they are W6's, if dual 4ohms, they are W5's or W4's.....i can't remember which one from back then was avail as DVC and which one was not.

The old W3's had bumped backplates.

Like FtheNutHuggers said, a quick impedance test will confirm that they are W6's.

They look like w6,s too me also do you know the impedance? w6's had dual 6 ohm coils measure it with an ohmmeter should get around 4-5 ohms on the meter, dc resistance is usually a little lower than impedance.
