Ok I am having a problem with my jl audio vr comps. one of the crossovers isn't putting out any sound to the tweeter...I know its not the tweeter because they both work on the other crossover and the woofers are working on both sides so I know it's getting signal from the amp...these crossovers have something called polyswitch tweeter protection...I opened the crossover and I see some normal looking crossover parts and I also see what I think is a diode...I am thinking of jumping this little thing to make the tweeter work again...has anyone done this? I don't really care if it runs unprotected...
