JL stealthbox for 2001 4Runner?

I recently got a 2001 4Runner and am looking to put in a new stereo with more bass. Went to a local car stereo shop and was reccomended a JL audio stealthbox and JL audio amp (300/4). Also any input on other options would help. I liked the stealthbox because it doesn't take up much space. I am not familiar with car stereos and wanted some input.
