anywhere from 300-500, i've heard they can take more but i wouldnt use it, just not necessary

Depends on the box, with the sub in the JL recomended size box I would not go over 400. I had a W3v2 on the JL500/1 and it was not pretty.

i got the kicker 800.2 so i don't if that was pushing, the subs say 250
