hi i have a jl audio 500/1 would that be enough for a kicker L7 12 inch sub in a sealed box ? or a ported box ? thanks for the help !

but more power is ideal

yeah someone i knew had one cheap . what would be the best for the 500/1 amp ? it will be in the back of a 4 door jeep wrangler so i was trying to find something not to big but i like the sound of a 12 inch sub any ideas would be great ! thanks alote

i meant best for the jl 500/1 amp that is what i have and i was trying to find a sub to go with it . did you mean their were better amps or sub woofers. thanks

I think that would be a reall nice combo in a jeep wrangler. I had a 200 watt alpine and a rockford fosgate p2 12" in my 99 sahara wrangler and it was nice....

or both

and if so which one is more important to u

i would say somewhere in the middle between spl and sq . i had one 12 "jl w6 that i liked alote that seemed to work well with the 500/1 but i was just wondering if their was a better option maybe alittle cheaper and still good quality.i listen to 75 % rock and 25 % hiphop/dance thanks
