I don’t like built in amplifiers. But to each is own.

I also don’t like 5 channel amps you should run 2 amps one to highs and other to subs. It seems to me that the sub channel on 5 channels are weak.

In my research before purchasing the components for my setup, I investigated powered subs. Rf states an amp amount but not which amp is in there. I sort of shyed away bc of that. 5 channel is fine but often the 5th channel is maybe 500w. This is great if that’s what you’re looking for.
I sought 1200-1500w so I chose separate amps.
I’m not sure if you’d want to power a powered sub w an external amp.
