no shit, but in the appropriate install, as stated in the title. and yes, i have heard the 15" sx, i was about 20 dollars away from buying one as well.

i have experience with the sx15... none with the dub7... but the sx get's crazy loud... and IMO had decent SQ.... right on RE Audio's site is says "LOUD DAILY DRIVER, it is NOT a pure SPL sub...

in the perfect install the w7 would get louder, yes... until you put the sx in the perfect install

no way in hell

the loudest i heard 2 13w7's was 152.6dbs on a a/c 190 mic

so that around 148 on the new tl mic

and that was off 2 orion 1200d's at .75ohms

Even if the SX meters louder the W7 might "feel" louder to you. For a daily driver I would choose the W7 hands down.
